Whole Bean Coffee

The flavors in a coffee bean change as you roast from light to dark. In general, a light roast coffee is described with words like sweet, bright, lively, or citrus. A medium roast coffee is described in terms like fruity, nutty, spicy, or sweet. And a dark roast coffee is described in terms like chocolaty, roasted nuts, spicy, or smoky. Like fruits or vegetables, each coffee varietal has its own growing seasons. And Doulou is working hard to bring you the best beans available for the season. The list below may change throughout the year, so keep checking back for new flavors!
