Shipping Policy

We ship our on-line orders via United States Postal Service Ground Advantage Mail.  Orders are shipped on the first postal business day (Monday through Friday and taking into account postal holiday closures) following placement of the order, unless otherwise requested by the customer.  If at the time you place the order we do not have that particular item(s) ready for shipment, we will let you know within 48-hours when we will have that item(s) ready (i.e. roasted or made).  If the product will not be available in a satisfactory time frame, we will offer a substitute item or return the purchase price, whichever is the most agreeable to the customer.
