Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, Medium Roast, Whole Bean
 
From the birthplace of coffee, the Yirgacheffe is often hailed as one of the best coffee beans in the world.   I roast these to the light end of Medium, giving it a very fruity and floral flavor, with a much milder acidity.  Willy likes this one so much, he actually had it embedded in his wedding ring!
