Our fudge is the smoothest, creamiest fudge you've ever tried, because we use a marble slab process that folds air into the mixture as it cools.  The Choco Java Fudge begins with rich chocolate, adds in the flavor of dark roasted coffee, then tops it off with espresso nibs for a little extra crunch.
