Cherry Cacao Dark Chocolate Bar
 
The Cherry Cacao Bar contains the same rich, dark chocolate as the regular Chocolate Cacao Bar, but with cherry flavoring added. It will remind you of the old cherry cordials, ... but darker.
 
Cacao is what chocolate was meant to be!  Most manufacturers begin with cacao powder, and then add their own preservatives and processes.  Here at Doulou & Willy's we prefer to leave the cacao in its pure, natural, healthy state, resulting in a better and healthier version of chocolate.
 
Our cacao bars are made with pure Ecuadorian cacao, and each bar contains 76% cacao.  We also use blue agave rather than processed cane sugar, for a cleaner and healthier taste.  
 
Science Nerd Alert:  For those of you watching your sugar intake, blue agave has a much lower glycemic index than sugar.  Regular sugar has a GI of  68; honey's GI is 60 - 74; and blue agave is 17.)
 
Ingredients:  Cacao butter, cacao, agave (sweetener), natural oil flavors, soy lecithin (as an emulsifer), and salt
